We send all orders using Royal Mail's 2nd Class service, except our UK Express Delivery, where Royal Mail's Special Delivery service is used.

Orders placed before 12 noon are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 12noon will be despatched the next working day.

Returns Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it for an exchange or refund within 14 days of delivery, providing you have your receipt and it has not been worn or used and is in its original packaging.

Please not that sale items are non returnable as they have been reduced to clear

To return an item, please place the item in its original packaging; include the delivery note and receipt and state whether you would like an exchange or refund and the reason for return. If you do not include the delivery note we may be unable to trace your order. Please send all returns to:

Faulty Goods

If the goods are faulty or being returned due to our error we will refund any costs incurred in returning the items once we have received the item and deem it to be faulty. If the purchase was not faulty we can only refund the cost of the product and not postage.

In the interest of hygiene we do not offer refunds on piecered jewellery. Also no exchange or refund if there is any signs of cigarrette smoke, odour, detergent, perfume makeup e.t.c. Please also note that items must be returned with all of its bascode tags & labels intact.

If the purchase was made by credit card refunds can only be made to the card used originally to make the purchase. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to appear on your card statement.
