Dress is  a fine lightweight stretch tshirt/ jersey like fabric with acid wash treatment and long ruched roll tab sleeves, a gathered tiered hem panel in cotton to match scarf with lace Dress has a Streaky, patchy, colours,  this is intentional/ acid wash/tie dye.
